Coming back after a week or two off is tough for any show but Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. held up strong again this week after taking two weeks off. S.H.I.E.L.D. dropped only slightly to a 2.1 in the 18-49 demographic but increased in total viewers to 6.54 (up from 6.25 in the initial numbers for the last episode).
It is common for S.H.I.E.L.D. to pick up a little once the final numbers are released later in the day

S.H.I.E.L.D. continues to make significant gains in the +7 DVR numbers in both demographic and total viewers and is still performing exceptionally well amongst the highly desired young male demographics.
Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has a full season order of 22 episodes and it’s looking very likely the series will be rewnewed for a second season.
