What to expect from Season 3

On September 29 after too many months off our screens our favorite team of agents will return in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. several months into the future, at least, some of them will…

Several of the team members are still absent when the first episode of season 3 begins. Agent May, who is questioning whether she wants to return to S.H.I.E.L.D. now that it’s not what she’s given her life for, is still on vacation with her ex husband Andrew, Bobbi is still recovering from the torture she endured at Ward’s hand, poor Simmons is still missing, and Fitz is obsessed with finding her.

New cast joining Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. this season include Constance Zimmer as leader of the Advanced Threat Containment Unit and Andrew Howard as her partner, Banks. New inhumans making an appearance include Lash played by Matthew Willig and Joey played by Juan Pablo Raba.

Henry Simmons (Mack) and Luke Mitchell (Lincoln) have been promoted to series regulars and Blair Underwood will return as May’s ex Andrew who is now on board with S.H.I.E.L.D. working with the Inhumans.
