New Cast Member for S.H.I.E.L.D. Pilot

Arlene Santana

We expect it will be a little quiet around here while we wait for news from ABC about a pickup now that S.H.I.E.L.D. is in the post-production phase so we hope you will forgive us for bringing you minor news in our articles while we wait *patiently* for some more significant news.

Actress Arlene Santana will appear in the pilot of S.H.I.E.L.D. as a newscaster. Santana has recently appeared in shows including Grey’s Anatomy (recurring as a “nurse”) and has also appeared in episodes of Scandal and Castle all on ABC.  Santana is probably best known for her job as an Anchor for both the US Open and Australia Open Tennis tournaments.
