We learn that Chloe grew up with six brothers (3 are adopted) and her parents often took care of other children as well. While her desire to act started at a younger age Chloe began to study improv in the youth ensemble of Second City when she was 13 years old, then when she was just 15 she became a music star becoming famous in China (where she lived at the time) for her hit song “Uh Oh,” which she sang in both English and Mandarin.
Chloe returned to the US two years later and recently had a recurring role in the ABC series Nashville.
