Great news Clark Gregg fans! Clark Gregg’s new movie ‘Trust Me’, which debuted last year at the Tribeca Film Festival, will be making the rounds in digital and On Demand formats in May 2014. The dark comedy, recently acquired by Starz Digital Media, will also see a theatrical release in June 2014.
From the press release:
“Trust Me” is the darkly comic story of Howard Holloway (Gregg) a down-on-his luck agent for child actors and one the last good guys left in Hollywood. After discovering a 13-year-old prodigy (Sharbino), he is poised to close the deal of a lifetime which would catapult his tween prodigy and, at long last, himself into the big time. To get there, he must wrangle her volatile, overprotective father, dodge scheming producers (Huffman) and outwit his uber-slick nemesis (Rockwell). As he arrives on the brink of the Hollywood dream that’s eluded him for a lifetime, he begins to sense that his innocent young starlet may not be quite what she seems.
The film was produced by Keith Kjarval of Unified Pictures, Mary Vernieu and Gregg under their new banner Savage Bunny, and Aaron Gilbert and Margot Hand of Bron Studios. Rockwell served as an executive producer.
