Leopold “Leo” Fitz is a Level 5 S.H.I.E.L.D. agent skilled in engineering. He’s a technological and science enthusiast and is one of the youngest graduates of S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy of Sci-Tech to-date.

Due to his high IQ he was recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D. to enter their Academy of Sci-Tech at 16. At the academy he met Agent Simmons and the two developed a strong sibling-like bond.

Fitz has designed a number of S.H.I.E.L.D. technological devices that are frequently used in the course of the team’s investigations. At least one device Fitz designed that was never put into regular use within S.H.I.E.L.D. is known to have been used by high level agents including Director Fury.
