With only 4 episodes aired so far it would be easy to dismiss the idea of an Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. themed Halloween costume but it is already easy to pull something together without too much effort.

Perhaps the simplest idea is a generic S.H.I.E.L.D. agent costume (I did this myself at Comic Con in both San Diego & New York), all you need is a smart looking suit, ID badge and aluminum style case.

We saw numerous Romanoff style outfits like those below:

A grey lab coat is a good start for an Agent Simmons or S.H.I.E.L.D. doctor look, just add your own S.H.I.E.L.D. logo and protective glasses or a file folder:

How about a mystery man in a red mask? All you need is a grey suit and tie coupled with the items below:

We would love to see what ideas you come up with, be sure to send us photos!

Shield Costumes should be pretty easy. Anything from a "uniformed guard" to an agent. very simple to take a suit or something and just add an ID badge or the badge/ID combo from NYCC

We don’t do Halloween. But if I did I would most likely do a generic SHIELD agent. It’s so easy, I’ve already got a black suit and an ID badge. But the red masked men would be fun, too!

I’m so glad someone else has considered this! After the third episode, I began to wonder what I could assemble to properly portray a character. Since I really enjoy Agent Fitz and Simmons, I decided to begin there. Obviously, in order to look like a "scientist type" at all, I chose the inevitable lab coat. I, luckily, already had one for reasons I don’t even remember. When I saw the I.D. badges posted here, I knew that was the next step into maybe making this a reality. I then found some safety goggles randomly located in my house to add to it. The only thing left then would be to find clothes similar to that of the characters’ to wear under the lab coat, which I felt was not particularly difficult. I was then ready for Halloween almost 3 weeks earlier than usual!
